We deliver our packages with Postnord. In the first place, we send with registered letter class 1, which means that the package will be delivered to your nearest representative. If this is not possible, it will be delivered to your local Postnord representative. Notification is sent out about this. You can always track your package through the delivery link we send out when it leaves us.

The delivery is normally sent within 1-3 working days.Always free shipping within Sweden Your order will be delivered to the address provided when you place the order. Always double check that you enter the correct address. If you have accidentally entered an incorrect address, please contact us at as soon as possible. If your package has been sent from us, it is not possible to change the address.Always check the contents of your package when it arrives. If anything is missing, it is your responsibility to notify customer service within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.If there is damage to your package or if you suspect that someone has opened your packaging, you must document this carefully and contact us and Postnord for a complaint. Also indicate if any of the content is missing.If a package is not collected and returned to us, you will be charged for this.

We have a 30-day right of return with full right of return, counted from the date of your order.
We strive to become more environmentally conscious and make more environmentally friendly choices. Be sure to think through your purchase, both before and after.
We have a processing time of up to 14 working days for returns and after we have received your goods you will receive a confirmation in your email.
If you have paid for the order with a gift card, this will be refunded in the first place when you make a return. The rest of the amount is corrected against a bank card or invoice as long as it is returned within 30 days.
Keep in mind that if you choose Klarna invoice, this will either be adjusted or refunded. If you pay by bank card, it may take a couple of banking days before you get the money back.
We are not obliged to refund a product that does not reach us. Be sure to save your receipt when submitting your return.
Do you want to change to a new size? Contact and indicate which item(s) and sizes you want to exchange for. Send your exchange back as a return and we will make a new order which we will send out to you. No return costs are added. If we are unable to make the exchange due to an out-of-stock item, you will receive a refund instead.
